Recipe:Heat about 2 tablespoon oil/ghee in a saucepan toss the garlic and as it releases flavor add onion , sauté it , as color changes add rice and capsicum, sauté it. Add coconut milk and water and about 2 tablespoon Thai seasoning. Add two slices green chilies. Cover the saucepan and make the flames medium and cook for 10 to 12 minute. For garnishing it sprinkle coriander.
